tHE PROGRAM IS NOW CLOSED, BUT PLEASE CHECK BACK FOR UPDATES!

The Small Business Relief (SBR) Program is a State of Colorado program created during the 2020 legislative Special Session under Senate Bill 20B-001. The program made $37 million available to small businesses in the restaurant, bar, fitness and recreational sports, and movie theatre industries that suffered at least a 20% reduction in profits during the 2020 pandemic.

The Town of Firestone received funding from the State of Colorado to administer the Small Business Relief (SBR) Program to qualified businesses in our community. A total of $53,500 was awarded to 11 businesses! These businesses each recognized a revenue loss of at least 20% due to COVID restrictions or had opened for business just before COVID restrictions went into effect.

The State Legislature will reconvene on February 16, 2021. This page will be updated with new information if action is taken by the Legislature to extend or otherwise modify the program. Please check back for updates later this month.
