Town of Firestone Holiday Schedules & Seasonal Updates

In observance of the upcoming holidays, all Town of Firestone offices will close at noon on Friday, December 22, and will be closed on Monday, December 25, and Tuesday, December 26.  In addition, all offices will be closed on Monday, January 1.

All Town of Firestone offices will be open Wednesday, December 27 – Friday, December 29, with regular hours. 

The Firestone Police Department will have officers on duty during the holidays.  Thank you to all who are working these holidays to help keep our community safe!  In the case of an emergency, dial 9-1-1. For non-emergencies or to speak with an officer, please call 720-652-4222.

Should it be necessary, the Town of Firestone Public Works Department will be prepared to keep the streets and public areas safe and accessible during any snowstorm.  

Christmas Tree Drop-Off  

The Town of Firestone Public Works Department will be collecting Christmas trees for disposal during the following dates and times:

• Wednesday, January 3^rd, from 1-3 p.m.
• Thursday, January 4^th, from 9-11 a.m.
• Friday, January 5^th, from 1-3 p.m.
• Tuesday, January 9^th, from 9-11 a.m.
• Thursday, January 11^th, from 1-3 p.m.

Firestone residents are invited to the Public Works building located at 7500 Pine Cone Ave to dispose of their Christmas trees. Staff will direct you to the clearly marked drop-off location. Proof of residency will be required at the time of drop-off. The trees can include decorations, such as lights, ornaments, or tinsel. At this event, Christmas trees are the only items being accepted.
