Temporary Closure

From Firestone Blvd. to CR 26

Beginning Monday, January 29, 2024, Frontier Street (CR 15) between Firestone Boulevard and County Road 26 will be closed for underground utility installation work. This work is being performed by Nelson Pipeline Constructors for Tri Pointe Homes as part of the Denmore development. Weather permitting, this closure is anticipated to last through this spring.

The main detour routes will use CR 26 between Colorado Boulevard and County Road 17. Residents on Frontier Street living north of the work zone will have access to their properties from County Road 26. Signage will be in place along the detour route to help direct travelers.

Motorists, pedestrians, and bicyclists are urged to pay close attention to detour and traffic control signs and, if possible, avoid this section of Frontier Street altogether.
