Central Park Communication Updates
In December of 2023, the Board of Trustees approved an MOU and Advisory Services Agreement with P3 Advisors LLC to perform due diligence and feasibility analysis for possible development on a Town-owned parcel commonly known as Central Park. Starting with the meeting held on Wednesday, P3 Advisors will meet monthly with the Board of Trustees to provide updates and receive direction on the feasibility study.
During the meeting on Wednesday, P3 shared their engagement and communication plan. Soon, there will be a dedicated website for their efforts on the feasibility study. The website will serve as a virtual community forum that will allow residents to provide feedback on information presented about Central Park at their convenience. The website will include visuals, facts, draft plans and options, quick polls, and an opportunity for residents to register for email updates. Once the website is live, the Town will share it through all of our communication channels and link to it from our website. The next update from P3 will be held during the Work Session on Wednesday, February 21, at 6:00 p.m.
