We’ve got a full day of fun planned—packed with activities for all ages, live entertainment, and an unforgettable fireworks show to cap it all off. PARKING INFORMATIONFree event parking opens at 8:00 a.m. near Miners Park, with easy access for guests joining us at any point during the day. Enter from 1st Street, just north of the Carbon Valley Active Adults and Community Center. The north exit will remain open all day. Please follow guidance from parking attendants. ADA spaces are available with valid placards or plates. Remember: no fireworks, alcohol, or pets. Do not block driveways or park in restricted areas—follow all local parking rules. PARADE KICKOFFStart your day with Firestone’s patriotic parade at 10:00 a.m. sharp, beginning at Hart Park. Enjoy colorful floats, marching bands, and local groups as the parade travels south on 4th Street, west on Granville, and north on 1st, ending near Miners Park. Don’t miss this spirited kickoff to the day’s festivities! View a map of the parade route here.

FOOD, MUSIC, & FAMILY FUN GALOREJoin us at Miners Park from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. for a day full of family-friendly fun—food trucks, vendors, bounce houses, zip line, rock wall, axe throwing, face painting, and more! Enjoy live entertainment by SUPA! Marimba from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and Monarca Danza Folklorico from 2:00 –3:30 p.m.
Flyover tentatively scheduled for 11:00 a.m. No outside canopies allowed due to safety concerns—thank you for helping keep everyone safe! Help us make this a zero waste event: bring a refillable water bottle and use our water stations. Thank you to OXY for supporting sustainability and serving as our Zero Waste Sponsor. Food and drink vendors will be serving from 11:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. The Beer Garden, hosted by the Brendan Dunigan Memorial Foundation, opens at 11:00 a.m.

LIVE MUSIC & FIREWORKSStarting at 4:00 p.m., the Main Stage (sponsored by United Power) comes alive with high-energy performances from Marfa, Bevin Luna, and headliner Pandas & People—guaranteed to keep the crowd dancing into the night! As the sun sets, enjoy delicious food trucks, the beer garden, and time with friends before the evening ends with a spectacular fireworks show (sponsored by Black Hills Energy) around 9:30 p.m., launched just north of the 15th hole on the Saddleback Golf Course. A special thank you to the Bohemian Foundation for their generous grant in support of local live music at this event!

WEATHER NOTICEThe 4th at Firestone event is rain or shine, but may be delayed or evacuated in the case of severe weather such as lightning, hail, or high winds. If conditions improve, the park will reopen. Fireworks are scheduled for 9:30 p.m., but may start earlier or be delayed due to weather. If they don’t launch by 10:00 p.m., they may be rescheduled for another night. Event updates will be shared at the park, on social media, and at www.firestoneco.gov/4thatFirestone.
