Wind Damage to American Flag

The American Flag outside of the Firestone Police Department's entrance has been damaged due to the high winds in the area. A weight on the flag was broken off, and as a result, we cannot lower it to be repaired.

East I-25 Frontage Road Closure

On Feb 12, a contractor working for CDOT will close the East I-25 Frontage Road south of Firestone Boulevard. This work is part of the CDOT Mobility Hub Project construction. This closure is expected to last through March 2024.

Frontier Street Temporary Closure

Beginning Monday, January 29, Frontier Street (CR 15) between Firestone Boulevard and County Road 26 will be closed for underground utility installation work. Weather permitting, this closure is anticipated to last through this spring.
