COVID-19 Service Update: March 17, 2020
Building and Planning divisions are committed to continue providing building and planning related services to the community during the Town Hall closure. Although our offices are closed, staff is working remotely and available on a limited basis by e-mail. Unfortunately, services may be delayed and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this temporary inconvenience.
For building permits, please contact email@example.com. Please note at this time, payments for permits can only be made by credit card or check over the phone. Staff will provide payment instructions at that time. Because of inspection limitations detailed below, issuance of permits for interior projects in occupied residences shall be considered on a case by case basis.
For inspections, the Town’s contractor SAFEbuilt has coordinated with the Town and will continue to provide inspection services for commercial, new residential, and exterior residential (roof, deck, siding, gazebo, etc.) projects. However, to minimize exposure to the public as requested by public health officials, SAFEbuilt will not be able to provide inspections inside occupied residential structures until further notice. Emergencies will be dealt with on a case by case basis. For inspection scheduling and questions, please contact SAFEbuilt at firstname.lastname@example.org, 303-774-0454 or 888-774-0454.
For planning inquiries or applications, please contact email@example.com. If you have been working with a specific planner, please continue to contact them directly.
The Planning & Development Department provides services related to the implementation of planning and land-use policies and regulations to residents, the Board of Trustees, the Planning and Zoning Commission, and the Parks, Trails and Recreation Advisory Board.
