The Finance Department bills residents and businesses for Firestone’s water and stormwater services.
Bill Payment Portal
We’re excited to announce that our new online bill payment portal is now live, making it easier and more convenient than ever to manage your utility account.
To get started, please create your new account by clicking "Register Now" below. Setup only takes a few minutes. All you’ll need is the name associated with your account and your account number.

Water Payments
Monthly paper bills will be billed no later than the 6th of each month and are due on the last business day of the month following service. Enrolled users receive digital bills by the 6th of each month.
- Online Bill Pay: If payment is to avoid service disconnection, you must contact Town Hall at 303-833-3291.
- Credit Card Phone Payment: Call our automated phone service 24/7 at 833-836-3975 to pay or check your account balance.
- Mail-in Payment: Checks or money orders can be mailed to the Town of Firestone at 9950 Park Avenue, Firestone, CO. 80504. Please do not mail in cash.
- In-Person Payment:
- Payments can be made at Town Hall, 9950 Park Avenue. The payment window is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- A secure utility drop box is available at the front of Town Hall for convenient after-hours payment.

After-Hours Dispatch
For after-hours or weekend emergencies please call 720-652-4222.
All new services must establish water and/or stormwater service by submitting a residential water/stormwater application online or visiting Town Hall at 9950 Park Avenue, Firestone, Colorado, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Note for Barefoot Lakes homeowners: In your neighborhood, Little Thompson Water District provides water services, and the Town of Firestone provides stormwater services. Please complete an application for stormwater services, and contact Little Thompson Water District for water services.
If you are moving into a rental property, please fill out the contact form below. Form can also be dropped off at Town Hall at 9950 Park Avenue, Firestone, Colorado, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Commercial Property: If the building contains more than one business, the owner must complete the commercial water/stormwater service application.
Final Water/Stormwater Request Form
The final water/stormwater form will need to be completed by the title company handling the sale of the property. A final read and bill for the property will be processed for the closing. If you are looking for the status of an account before or after a closing, please call Town Hall at 303-833-3291. *The new owner will need to complete the water application.
Disconnection and Reconnection
The reconnection form will need to be completed if the water service has been disconnected for non-payment within 48 hours. With the past due balance and reconnection fee, this form will need to be received by the Town by 4:15 p.m. to have service reconnected the same business day. Payments and forms completed online will need a follow-up call to Town Hall for processing.
* Disconnected accounts are assessed a late fee and a reconnection fee
* Payments received after 48 hours from disconnection will need to schedule an appointment for reconnection.
