InvoiceCloud Now Available

We’re excited to announce that our new online bill payment portal is now live, making it easier and more convenient than ever to manage your utility account.

To get started, please create your new account by clicking the "Online Payments" button below. Setup only takes a few minutes. All you’ll need is the name associated with your account and your account number. 

Helpful Tips:

  • When entering your account number, input the entire number but omit the decimal—only use the numbers.
  • Use your last name only to locate your account.

I was on auto-payment. Do I need to set that up again?

Yes. Your banking information was not transferred to our new vendor. Please re-enroll in AutoPay to avoid missed or late payments.

I was on paperless billing. Do I need to re-enroll?

Possibly. Some accounts transferred successfully, but others could not due to outdated or multiple email addresses. Please log in to confirm your paperless settings.

When should I start using the new system?

Bills received in December should be paid using our new system, Invoice Cloud.

I’m the property owner and have tenants. How should I set up the account?

InvoiceCloud offers a range of great features for both landlord and tenant accounts. If you are a renter, you can pay the bill as a guest by providing the owner's last name and account number, or the landlord can link tenants to their account. Take a look at all the details in the "Landlord/Tenant Accounts" tab above.  

What will I see in the new system?

Your account will display usage and payment history for the months of September, October, and November. If you need earlier records, please call us and we’ll be happy to assist.
