The Town of Firestone Board of Trustees is seeking citizens who are interested in volunteering their time in public service to the community by serving on the Planning & Zoning Commission. All Board members must be a resident of the Town of Firestone.
The Firestone Planning & Zoning Commission is a seven-member commission that recommends to the Board of Trustees a master plan for the development of the Town. They prepare regulations designed to improve streets and utilities; to facilitate transportation, water, sewage, schools, parks and other public requirements. The Commission members also serve as the Board of Adjustments.
