The Board of Trustees will meet virtually on Wednesday, March 25th for a regularly scheduled meeting. Because of the facility closures and direction from the White House, the State of Colorado, Weld County, and numerous public health agencies, the meeting will not be held in person. The public is invited to listen to the virtual meeting and is still encouraged to participate in public comment. The meeting can be listened to from a computer, tablet, smartphone or telephone.
If you would like to provide public comment for the March 25, 2020 Board of Trustees meeting, please provide written comments to the Town Clerk at townclerk@firestoneco.gov for inclusion in the record. If you would like to speak during public comment, please sign-up with the Town Clerk at townclerk@firestoneco.gov. All written comments and sign-ups to speak during public comment are due by 5:00 p.m. on March 25, 2020.
